Now I don’t know about you, but I’m a sucker for pretty lingerie. And it’s not because someone else would enjoy it. Oh no, I don’t wear pretty lingerie for anyone other than myself. It makes me feel good and it look bloody gorgeous on. And I have to say one of my favourite places to shop for pretty and affordable linger is Playful Promises. So here’s a little Playful Promises haul this Fashion Friday.
Cherry Embroidery Coral Set
First up is this absolute beauty! I’m not sure if it’s age, or the size of my breast. But as I’ve got older, I’ve definitely favoured a softer bra like this one, than one that provides more structure. And so it’s so refreshing to find a softer bra style that is as beautiful as this cherry set! So not only is it beautiful but it’s also so comfy to wear. And the fact that these bottoms have a larger coverage than most, also means they’re incredibly comfy. I picked up both pieces in the sale. The bra is £22 rather than £47 and the bottoms are £10 instead of £26. An absolute bargain!
Noriko Crane Pint Set
Now this set is not quite for everyday wear… but I couldn’t resist how beautiful it is. I love the sleeve detail on the bra and the print is definitely better in real life than in the pictures. As you can see, I am a fan of a bigger brief, I just find them so much more comfortable! Again, this was an absolute bargain. The bra was £20 rather than £42 and the briefs were £10 instead of £25.
