Maximising the blonde with PRO:VOKE

PRO:VOKE

As someone with naturally dark hair. I seem to spend a small fortune heading to the hairdressers every other month to get my highlights done. But what can I say? I love having highlights in my hair. While blondes don’t necessarily have more fun. I certainly prefer my hair a dark blonde/honey colour than dark brown. But the major downside of having blonde hair when you’re naturally dark. Is that the colour can fade so quickly. And the honey blonde highlights can end up looking a little brassy. Which is why I was excited to give the PRO:VOKE Liquid Blonde range.

PRO:VOKE

If you’re not familiar with this brand. Their treatments can help to refresh your blonde locks between salon appointments. And I’ve been trying out two of the treatments.

PRO:VOKE Liquid Blonde Colour Activating Treatment Shampoo £4.99

With golden blonde pigments, this shampoo works to tone and treat multitoned, highlighted blonde hair. And I have to say it really works! Even after just one use it instantly enhances the warmth and depth of your blonde locks to keep your colour looking fresh. And as the treatment also contains Tamanu Oil your hair feels super nourished after just one use.

PRO:VOKE Liquid Blonde Intense Shine Conditioner £4.99

Although you can use either treatment on it’s own, they work best together. Like the shampoo, the conditioning treatment also helps to boost your hair’s shininess for a high gloss finish. And just like the shampoo, it also contains Tamanu Oil for nourished and super smooth locks.

PROVOKE

I have to say I love the results. My hair is due to refresh of my highlights but I love the fact that I can now delay it a little. And that once I do get my highlights done. I can then use this treatment to keep the blonde looking it’s best.

Have you ever thought of using the PRO:VOKE Liquid Blonde range before?

Using products like this when you color treat or have highlights in your hair really helps to keep the color toned and make it last longer. I hadn’t heard of this brand before, but it sounds like it worked well for you x

My hair is a bit lighter than yours but I still have highlights done every few months. It is annoying when they fade pretty quickly so I’ll have to look into this shampoo – would love to save some money by stretching out the time between salon visits for as long as possible!
