I’m a firm believer in thinking that washing your hair everyday can’t be good for it. But, there is nothing worse then waking up the day after you’ve washed your hair, with it looking lifeless, dull and greasy. But there is hope. This is where the second day hair saviours come in. These are little product miracles that help transform your hair from looking dull and drab into gorgeous and fab. So here are my top three dry shampoos.
Batiste Dry Shampoo £2.99
I think you must have been living under a beauty rock if you’ve not come across this dry shampoo before. Not only is it pretty amazing at what it does, but it is also incredibly good value for money. It’s only £2.99 for a huge 200ml, and it lasts for ages. I like most of the Batiste range, but this one smells lovely, the only downside is that with having dark hair, the dry shampoo can sometimes give my hair a bit of a grey tinge is I don’t rub it in.
Aussie Miracle Dry Shampoo Colour Mate £4.99
This is a new dry shampoo from the lovely people over at Aussie, and what I love about this one is the smell! Just like every other Aussie haircare product, this product taste good enough to eat. I picked up the colour matte one, for coloured hair, and was really surprised with how well it worked at reviving my hair, adding volume and most importantly removing any oils around the parting.
COLAB Extreme Volume Dry Shampoo £4.49
Apart from smelling amazing, the Colab Dry Shampoo is also pretty amazing at what it does. Like with other dry shampoos a fine mist is released onto the hair to absorb oils and refresh the hair. But unlike other dry shampoos, as the Colab dry shampoo is so lightweight, it doesn’t leave a white dust on the hair, which makes this perfect for any hair colour. Also, the mist doesn’t feel chalky or crispy, and it won’t dry your hair out – yay.
So these have been my second day hair saviours, what are yours?

I’ve not yet tried a dry shampoo that suits me, still having to wash the hair every day, or just tie it up!

I used Batiste Dry Shampoo before,, it was okay. I never knew there were more dry shampoos on the market. R
Oops, just saw that you do actually include prices in your posts! This was great as I’ve been eyeing up the Colab range for a while now!
