Seven apps you need on your phone

7 apps you need on your phone

I don’t know about everyone else, but I can’t live without my phone. Whether it’s catching up on social media, watching videos on YouTube or checking my bank balance, I use my phone for pretty much everything. And seeing as you can get an app for pretty much everything, I thought I’d share with you all the seven apps that you need on your phone.

Instagram – I find myself spending more time on this app than anything else. I love looking through everyone’s pictures and getting to see a snapshot of what they’re doing. If you love pretty pictures then this is a must.

Pinterest – this is another app that I find I can spend hours on. It’s a great way to waste three hours of your life pinning inspirations for your dream home.

Afterlight – if you’re looking to up your selfie game, then this is the app for you. It has better filters than Instagram and is definitely worth the extra pennies.

Banking – most banks have an app now and it’s the easiest and quickest way to see if you can afford another nude palette or another MAC lipstick. If you want to stay in control of your finances then you need a banking app in your life.

Couch to 5k – jumping on the New Year new me band wagon has seen me start running. And as an absolute beginner, this app has been a godsend. It’s aimed at those who need to get off the couch and starting running, which is just what I need!

Clue – for those of us who aren’t very good at remembering our period dates, this app is brilliant. You can track your cycles so you know where you’re up to and when to expect your monthly surprise.

Bloglovin – as a blogger how could I not include this in the list? It’s one of my most used apps and a great way to help me keep up to date with all the amazing blogs I read.

What are your must have apps on your phone?

I spent far too long on the Pinterest app each morning – it’s addictive! I also love the Vinted app on my phone as it allows me to sell all my old clothes very easily 🙂 Tavi xx

Apart from the obvious Twitter and Facebook, I love the Calm and Fitbit app. Calm is a meditation app and whilst i’ve only mediated once or twice it is brilliant for sending me to sleep. I just pop the meditation music on for 10 minutes and i’m asleep! Fitbit really helps me move more to reach my step goal and being i’m in challenges with other bloggers which get really competitive! 😀

Completely agree with the banking apps, I love the Natwest one! I haven’t tried that Couch to 5k one, I might have to give it a go!
