The £3.89 eyeshadow you need in your makeup bag

I’m a big believer that you don’t need to spend a fortune to look good. Especially when it comes to makeup. So many drugstore products out there can give the high end versions a run for their money, and these Mono Eyeshadows from Seventeen are no exception.

For the bargain price of £3.89 you get pigmentation colour pay off that you would expect from brands six times their price. Honestly, these Seventeen Mono Eyeshadows are just amazing. The three I have are Statuesque which is a neutral shimmery pink that is pretty similar to lair from the Naked 3 palette, Rose Quartz which is a gorgeous taupe with a hint of lilac and Walnut Pearl, which is a lovely brown shimmer.

All three have a super soft pigmentation and a metallic finish, which I’m a huge fan of. I always use an eye primer as I have extremely oily lids and find that these shadows last just as long as my more expensive shadows. And if you’re a fan of shimmers then there are plenty to choose from.

Have you tried the new Seventeen Mono Eyeshadows yet? What are your thoughts on them?

These are such beautiful colours, you’ve made me want to try these so badly!! I’m always reading such good things about Seventeen makeup but haven’t really tried much of their stuff myself, I’m going to have a good old swatch when I’m next in Boots 🙂

I used to use 17 makeup quite a lot when I was younger but haven’t bought anything from them in ages! I might have to pick these up though because the shades look gorgeous! x

These all look incredible and remind me a lot of the mono shadows L’Oreal brought out awhile ago!

I definitely agree with you- you don’t need to always spend a fortune on makeup. Sometime it’s definitely worth going for the higher end option but with eye shadows particularly I think you can get some brilliant ones for just a few pounds! These look lovely so I’ll have to give them a try!

I don’t have any of these, but they are exactly what I love for eye shadows color wise!
