Happy Sunday, and Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mum’s out there. Including my own. I love that Mother’s Day is in the same week as International Women’s Day. Now, really is the time to celebrate and appreciate how many amazing women we have around us. Including our mothers, mother figures, and general #girlboss’s who raise us up and make us all better women.
Now Mother’s Day is obviously a time to celebrate your mum and how amazing she is. And today I’m spoiling her with champagne, flowers, chocolates and a home-cooked meal. After all, I really wouldn’t be the woman I am today without her. She’s taught me so much over the past three decades and I honestly can’t imagine how I’d cope without her. And everything she does for me. And what better way to celebrate your mum, and how much you love her. By giving her a piece of jewellery that she can cherish forever.
Which is why I’m really excited to be working with Very and Thomas Sabo on their Together Forever collection. Not only do I love their jewellery, but this Together Forever Collection is just beautiful. The pieces all symbolise the love between two people with intertwined rings and with the engraving of ‘Forever’ on them. This jewellery is designed, just like the love between a mother and a child, to last an eternity.
And I love it! I love how simple and delicate the design is, and I have to say, the diamonds add a real sparkle to the piece. I love the sentiment behind the collection, and I know my mum will too.
