Valentines Day Gift Guide

Now I’m sure this hasn’t gone unnoticed amongst many of you. But next week is Valentine’s Day. A day designed to show your affection for the one you love. Now I know not everyone celebrates Valentine’s Day. But if you do, then with only a week to go until the day of love, here is my guide on finding the perfect Valentine’s Day gift. And if you don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day, then please use this guide to help you pick what to treat yourself to next. As after all, we all deserve a treat or two don’t we?

So let’s start with the fragrances.

Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Fragrance

This is the classic fragrance from Sarah Jessica Parker’s range and I have to say it really is lovely. It’s a delicate scent that oozes femininity and romance with notes of lavender and apple martini. It honestly smells absolutely delightful and the bottle is oh so cute!

Star Wars Fragrances

Perhaps your Valentine is a Star Wars fan. If they are then these fragrances are probably perfect for them. Especially as they’re unisex scents. I have two of them – Light which is a strong but fresh fragrance with notes of Rosemary, Cardamon, Sandalwood and Patchouli. And Rey which is a powerful but fruity scent with notes of Mandarin, Jasmine, Honeysuckle, Cassis & Amber.

Leighton Denny Light & Dark Eau De Parfum

If you;re looking for some different fragrances then you really need to try these Leighten Denny ones out. With four scents to choose from, there’s something for everyone here. From left to right you have: Desire (unisex) has a mix of vetivert, patchouli and cedar tempered with moss, amber and crisp spicy elements of pepper and nutmeg. Along with citrus top notes of grapefruit, lemon and bergamot. Lively (unisex) gives sparkling citrus notes of bergamot, lemon and grapefruit entwined with beautiful white florals and a warm spicy accord of nutmeg, ginger, pepper and cardamom. Delightful is a luminous and sensual scent with a mix of red fruits, lotus flower, mirabilis jasmine and pink violet. And finally Original is a fruity mixture of pepper, myrrh and incense, offering a warm welcoming unique fragrance. With its heart of gardenia, jasmine, lily and rose, which are merged with top notes of mandarin, grapefruit peach and white pepper.

Next up are candles. Even if it wasn’t Valentine’s Day next week. Candles are always a great gift idea.
