Now I don’t know about you, but I love a bargain. And the post-Christmas sales is one of my favourite times of the year to grab a bargain or two. Now as most of us know, the majority of these sales actually start before the big day. But that doesn’t stop me heading out on the 27th December to hit the shops and see what bargains I can find. And this year was no different. So let me share with you all my post-Christmas sales haul.
Now first up is this luggage set from Lulu Guinness. Now I have to admit, I am a big fan of their luggage range. I already have a small plane case. A medium case. And a super large case. But I wanted to treat myself to a new plane case, as my old one is looking a little tired. And while on the site adding the purple plane case to my basket I spotted the matching vanity case. So, of course, that got added to the basket as well. I mean how could I not? They look perfect together! The vanity case is actually something I’ve been eyeing up for a while now as it’s the perfect size to put all your beauty bits in. Because let’s face it. That’s what takes up all the space in your case right?
Next up are three Mint Velvet tops Now those that know me, will know that I do love me a grey jumper. And Mint Velvet and Hush are two of my favourite places to buy knitwear. So when I saw this Mint Velvet jumper with the striped sleeve on sale in John Lewis I couldn’t resist. I also picked up this grey hoodie, which has a cute chevron design on the back. And then finally I picked up a leopard print blouse. Because you know I can’t resist leopard print.
Next up is a couple of White Company pieces. First is this grey jumper with a white stripe across the chest and arms. It’s oversized but so soft. This was £48 instead of £69. I also picked up a candle and diffuser in my favourite scent from The White Company – Mustique. Which is actually a fragrance they don’t stock anymore. So you can only pick it up in the sales.
Now those of you who also follow me on Instagram might have noticed that as well as sales shopping on the day after Boxing Day. I also went to Bicester Village. Where I picked up a couple of new gym wear pieces from the new Sweaty Betty pop up shop. And the Lululemon store. From Sweaty Betty I picked up two pairs of leggings – a pair of black contour leggings and the jacquard pair. Both of which were half price. And these super soft grey Align Pants from Lululemon. Which were also half price. Because if there’s one thing that’ll motivate me to head to the gym this New Year, it’s new gym wear!
Some of the other pieces I picked up in the sales, was this super soft incredible bra from Victoria’s Secret. In leopard print naturally. Some black biker boots from Dune London. Because who doesn’t need some studded biker boots. And this personalised notebook from Papier. Again in leopard, because what other print is there?
