Now, as you may have seen from this review. I did hint that I didn’t just purchase one Aspinal of London bag. No, I purchased two in their sale. As mentioned, their sale was amazing. I mean there were some serious bargains to be had. And the Mayfair style is one that I love. And if I love a style, then I’ll buy it in multiple colours. It’s not just handbags I do this with. It’s shoes too. If I love a style. Then I want it in every colour. This is what happened here, and now I have the beautiful Aspinal of London Bright Mustard Mayfair handbag in my collection.

Now I’ll be the first to admit that yellow is not my colour. I’m more inclined to go for a pink, blue or grey-toned bag. But there’s something about this colour that I fell in love with it. Maybe it’s because yellow is a happy colour. Or maybe it’s because yellow and grey go so well together. But whatever it is. I couldn’t stop thinking about this bag. Which is how it ended up in my basket along with the Hibiscus one.

So the bag originally retails for £595, but I managed to pick it up in the sale for £297.50. Which is a bit of a bargain. And obviously why I thought it was completely normal and acceptable to add two to the basket.

Not only is the mustard colour beautiful, but I really love the ease of the top handle or cross-body styling. The bag is small enough to sit comfortably across the body. But also compact enough to fit enough I need in it. And having worn this to the supermarket a couple of times now, I can confirm how comfortable and easy it is to open in a rush.

I have to say I absolutely love the old-school structure of this bag. With the classic shape and signature shield lock, this has a vintage style with contemporary flair. And I’m all here for it.

So there you have it. My review of the Aspinal of London Bright Mustard Mayfair bag. Let me know in the comments what you think of this bag. Are you a fan of Aspinal of London bags? What’s next on your bag wishlist?
